În atenția studenților, masteranzilor și doctoranzilor Universității de Medicină și Farmacie „Victor Babeș” din Timișoara
Vă comunicăm că în conformitate cu Hotărârea Senatului Universitar nr. 231/11900/30.06.2021 și Ordinul Comun al Ministerului Educației (nr. 5196) și al Ministerului Săntății (nr. 1756) din 3 Septembrie 2021, procesul didactic în anul universitar 2021-2022 va fi reluat în format on-site la toate programele de studiu ale universității, începând cu data de 20 Septembrie 2021, cu respectarea tuturor reglementărilor privind reducerea riscului epidemiologic aflate în vigoare în România.
Festivitatea de deschidere a anului universitar va avea loc în data de 20 Septembrie 2021, ora 10:00 și va fi organizată în aer liber, în curtea interioară a Universității, în conformitate cu legislația în vigoare.
📌 Este obligatorie purtarea măștii pe întreaga durată a evenimentului!
Studenții străini, cetățeni ai unor state aflate în zona roșie, care în data de 20 Septembrie 2021 se află în țara ai căror cetățeni sunt, pot continua procesul didactic în regim de studiu individual până cel târziu în data de 1 noiembrie 2021, cu completarea fișei de studiu individual, acest interval fiind dedicat procesului de întoarcere în România. Studenții aflați în această situație trebuie să notifice decanatele facultăților, prin e-mail, în termen de 7 zile de la începerea procesului didactic cu privire la încadrarea în această categorie.

To the attention of students, master students and doctoral students of the “Victor Babeș” University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Timișoara
Please be advised that in accordance with the Decision of the University’s Senate no. 231/11900/30.06.2021 and the Joint Order of the Ministry of Education (no. 5196) and of the Ministry of Health (no. 1756) of 3 September 2021, the teaching process in the academic year 2021-2022 will be resumed in an on-site format for all the University’s study programs, starting with 20 September 2021, in compliance with all regulations regarding the reduction of the epidemiological risk in force in Romania.
The academic year’s opening ceremony will take place on 20 September 2021, at 10:00, and will be organised outdoors, in the inner courtyard of the University, in accordance with the legislation in force.
📌 It is mandatory to wear a mask for the entire duration of the event!
Foreign students, citizens of states in the red zone, who on 20 September 2021 are in their respective countries, may continue the teaching process as individual study until 1 November 2021 at the latest, and have to fill in the individual study form. This time frame is dedicated to the process of returning to Romania. Students in this situation must notify the Deans of the Faculties by e-mail within 7 days from the beginning of the teaching process regarding their inclusion in this category.

A l`attention des étudiants, des étudiants en master, en doctorat et des doctorants de l`Université de Médecine et Pharmacie „Victor Babeș” de Timisoara
Nous vous communiquons que conformément à la Décision du Sénat Universitaire no. 231/11900/30.06.2021 et à l`Ordre Commun du Ministère de l`Education (no. 5196) et du Ministère de la Santé (no. 1756) du 3 Septembre 2021, le procès didactique dans l`année universitaire 2021-2022 sera repris en format on-site pour tous les programmes d`étude de l`université, à partir du 20 Septembre 2021, avec le respect de toutes les règlementations regardant la réduction du risque épidémiologique en vigueur en Roumanie.
La festivité d`ouverture de l`année universitaire va avoir lieu le 20 Septembre 2021, 10 :00 heures et va être organisée en plein air, dans la cour intérieure de l`Université, conformément à la législation en vigueur.
📌 Le masque est obligatoire sur toute la durée de l`événement !
Les étudiants étrangers, citoyens des états situés dans la zone rouge, qui le 20 Septembre 2021se trouvent dans le pays dont ils sont citoyens, peuvent continuer le procès didactique en régime d`étude individuel jusqu`au plus tard le 1 novembre 2021, avec la remplissement de la fiche d`étude individuelle, cet intervalle étant dédié au procès de retour en Roumanie. Les étudiants dans cette situation doivent notifier les décanats des facultés, via e-mail, dans un délai de 7 jours suivant la date de début du procès didactique regardant l`encadrement dans cette catégorie.
